Early-Bird and Give-Away Bonuses will be shipped together with your order. All packages will be mailed with tracked shipment. » SHIPPING ADDRESS CONFIRMATION EMAIL • The Mods will send you an email to confirm your shipping address. • This will be done via a valid email address you provide to us upon purchase. • This email will be sent approximately ONE week before we drop off the package to the post office. We also offer the option to undercharge your purchase order in the invoice attached to the shipping label, to lower your VAT tax upon arrival at your country’s custom. We will only do so after you reply to this confirmation email. » CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS • If you want to change or modify your order, please email us at: theunspokenzine@gmail.com • This must be done during the Pre-Order Period. • Please note that order modification will NOT be allowed after Pre-Order Period ends.

» RETURN POLICY • We only accept return request if the product that you receive is defective. • You must send us photographic or video proof that the product is defective, and we will send you a replacement item (no additional shipping fee). • The Unspoken Zine Mods will not be responsible for any damages incurred after the package is sent and dropped off at the Post Office. » REFUND POLICY • Full Refund: we accept requests for full refund during the Pre-Order period. • Partial Refund: we can only do partial refund (deducting processing fee from full refund amount) after Pre-Order period and during our Production period (before we ship your order). • We cannot accept any refund requests after package is already shipped to your shipping address. »LOST PACKAGE In the event of lost package by the delivery company: • We will make one more attempt at delivery, free of charge. • If the second delivery attempt fails again, you have the option to request partial refund (deducting the processing fee and shipping fee) or pay shipping for the next shipping attempt. Buyers should check with the shipping company OR the post office directly regarding any lost or damaged packages.

• All items inside the packages will be wrapped in a plastic bag, and padded with recyclable padding materials. • The Merch (Paper) Bundle will be packaged in a rigid envelope. • The Full Bundle will be packaged in a cardboard mailer box. • The other Bundles will be packaged in a padded mailer bag, wrapped in waterproof plastic mailer bag for extra protection. Note: This does not apply to Group Orders.
